We interviewed Rai at IKUZO, an ambitious project offering the first Anime style NFTs to the Internet Computer while simultaneously building its own marketplace.
1. Please tell us about you, your name, position in the project, your credentials, etc., so that we can introduce you.
I'm Rai, co-founder at IKUZO, marketing expert, and server administrator.
2. How would you describe your artistic style?
Our NFTs are anime-style. All IKUZO's are cool and handsome guys that make them attractive. Plus they are all 100% hand drawn which makes them unique.
3. What drew you to NFT creation rather than traditional canvas-based art?
The great thing about creating art as NFTs is appealing to the people who own it and building a passionate community. Most artists only achieve this through NFTs. We have not completely abandoned traditional methods so we are proud to present our hand-drawn works to the IC community.
4. Are there any artists who have inspired you? What do you like about their work?
We love all things anime and so have a love of a genre rather than a specific artist.
5. What made you create NFTs?
We have been following the IC network for a very long time. We thought our art would make a difference and that we could complete the parts we wanted to help in the IC network with by creating a community through NFTs. We want the community of the IC network to feel privileged and happy. There is so much we want to build on this network for the sake of art.
6. Can you tell us about your project?
Ikuzo is a project built on art and society. Being a blue-chip project is our main focus. We will achieve this goal with our art and our community. Owning one of the Ikuzo NFTs will provide several privileges to our community. There are future airdrops and deals. We will also create the IKUZO market and the most important mission of our Marketplace will be to create quality collections and works of art.
Every NFT collection to be found in our market will be carefully selected and be of high quality like a work of art. In this way, the coming of better quality artists and works to the IC network will increase the demand for the IC network from various networks. IC IKUZO was Created by Ikuzo NFTs, top marketers, and an outstanding artist to deliver premium quality to our community.
7. How many NFTs will be minted? Can you talk us through the process of how you create the art?
5555 IKUZO NFTs were produced. There is no airdrop to anyone, including the team. That's why you will see 5555 IKUZO NFTs on the mint screen. In this sense, IKUZO NFTs will be fully decentralized and free from monopolization.
8. Will people be able to breed, stake, rent your NFT, or will it ever be in a game?
The biggest privilege to those who own our NFTs will definitely be our airdrops. The airdrops we will conduct ensure IKUZO NFTs are more profitable than any stake or game.
9. What benefits do you think the Internet Computer has over other L1 blockchains when it comes to creating NFTs?
First of all, the Internet computer is an emerging network. Therefore, it is more advantageous in terms of more developable ideas and innovations. The biggest representative of web 3.0, which is the inevitable technology of the future, is the IC network. Also, one thing I want to mention is the fees. The fees of the IC network are absolutely a very huge advantage for creators and investors in every way.
10. What other art have you seen that excites you in the Internet Computer NFT ecosystem?
Art-wise, my favorites are BTC Flower, Poked Studio, IC Punks and Dfinity Space Apes .In general, we like all IC projects and consider them all as our friends.
11. What excites you most about your launch and which date is your launch?
Our launch date is April 15. What excites us most will certainly be the joy of our community. We offer them a quality and ownership project, and we embrace all of our community as our family. Together with our community, we will take IKUZO to the top. WAGMI!!!
12. What advice would you give to anyone trying to enter into the world of NFTs?
I definitely recommend coming to the IC network and exploring IKUZO. :)
13. Do you have further plans to work with ICP Squad in the future after this initial sale?
We love the ICP Squad and respect their work. We are very pleased with the interest we have received. I think we will definitely meet at some point in the future.
14. Can you envisage a future where the most valuable NFT space is on the Internet Computer?
Actually, this is very close. I can already see great works of art competing against each other. We have already great developers and artists more will come and we will welcome them with love. The Internet Computer will shape the future.
15. Why do you think NFTs have become so valuable in such a short space of time?
Blockchain is a vast world NFT is now one of the biggest parts of it. NFT was initially seen as something absurd that no one understood. But now it's turned into a lifestyle. I think it's because of the hunger for art in people, as an escape point from real life. Also, people now find it more logical to trade with NFTs rather than buying and selling coins.
16. Tell us about your team?
Our team that manages the Ikuzo NFT project consists of 3 people. All of them are experienced people in their field. Rai - Discord server, marketing expert, and co-founder responsible for social media accounts. Sensei - co-founder responsible for marketing and development. Atisuto - Ikuzo is the artist of NFTs. In addition, we have a developer team of 11 people and a 3D designer. The developer team and our 3D artist will start to operate actively after the launch.
17. What advantages do you believe you have over other competitors?
First of all, our community is great. They really support us from the very beginning of our project, so thank you very much! Secondly, we are very ambitious about our art and our roadmap We strive to deliver something of the highest quality to the IC network. People deserve it.
18. Do you have any partners? Please tell us about them
Our project does not have any partners yet, but we are open to suggestions.
19. Tell us about the challenges you have faced while building your project?
The biggest challenge was creating our art. We worked so hard for it to be of good quality. We have progressed in a planned manner in all matters and this is how we overcome everything. The support of our community is the biggest motivation for us this way nothing is difficult anymore.
20. What are your short and long-term achievements and targets?
We built a great community in a short time and completed our art. We increase the excitement of our project with various works and works of art. We want to successfully complete our launch and become a bluechip project for the IC network.
21. Give us some details about your roadmap?
We have completed the first two parts of our roadmap. Next is the launch day and setting up the IKUZO bank. We will transfer 50% of the revenues from secondary sales on the entrepot to IKUZO bank. And we will distribute this income monthly to IKUZO owners. (Owners will be included in a tier system according to the number of IKUZO NFT they have, and the awards will be arranged according to these tiers.)
The next stage is the airdrop. Snapshots will be taken by Entrepot on a date to be determined after launch. Anyone who owns 3 IKUZO will own 1 Female IKUZO. (No limit per wallet). Finally, to establish the IKUZO Market, which we answered in the previous questions. We will build a great market and present quality works and artists to the IC network.
22. Do you have any plans to expand into the Metaverse?
Why not? It would be great to see IKUZO NFTs in the metaverse.
23. Will your NFT be tokenized in the future?
Yes, this is part of our long-term plans.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions 😊
